Send Us Artwork

For digital artwork (computer generated) IBM/PC artwork is acceptable.

Acceptable file media:

• CD/DVD
• USB Drive
• 3.5" Floppy Disc
• You may also send a file attachment to info@eaglepgh.com

Note - All artwork intended for router and/or plotter applications such as vinyl, ADA signs or dimensional letters, must be VECTOR imaged. It cannot be RASTOR (Bitmap) imaged.

Note - In addition to any artwork submitted, please send us a low image (low res OK) image for cross reference. Artwork modifications and corrections are made at a rate of $50 per hour.

Note - Artwork over 10mb cannot be sent over normal email. Please use YOUSENDIT.com for sending larger files up to 1 GB in size. There is no charge for this service.


Acceptable Vector image formats, in order of preference:

• EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) vCS3 or lower
• AI (Adobe Illustrator) vCS3 or lower
• CDR (Corel Draw) v11 or lower)
• PLT/GAD (Gerber Omega or Advantage) v2.0 or lower
• FS (Flexi Sign) v7.5 or lower
• PDF (Acrobat Reader)

For Vector Artwork:

• Unlock all layers
• AI (Adobe Illustrator) vCS3 or lower
• Text should not be left as fonts
• In Adobe Illustrator text should be converted to outlines
• In Corel Draw text should be converted to curves
• Please convert all text!

RASTOR (Bitmap) images are acceptable for digital print applications only.

Acceptable Rastor image formats, in order of preference:

• EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) vCS3 or lower
• TIF (TIFF Bitmap)
• PSD (Adobe Photoshop) v7 or lower
• BMP (Windows Bitmap) Not recommended for large graphics
• JPEG (JPG) often low quality, not recommended

For non-digital Artwork (Hard copy that needs to be scanned):

• Send artwork as large as possible up to 8.8" 11"
• For multi-colored artwork, send color separations with alignments (registration marks)
